These Terms and Conditions govern the use of sfuse.fyi and the services offered by SFUSE CREATIVE LLP. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

SFuse provides brand strategy, identity design, website design and development, content direction, campaign assets and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are governed by the accepted proposal, quotation, invoice or statement of work.

Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed commercial terms. Unless otherwise stated, advance payments are required before project commencement and final assets may be handed over after full payment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, brand assets, account access and feedback required to complete the agreed work.

Revisions and Scope

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Any additional pages, features, content, integrations, strategy work or ongoing support may be quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables are assigned or licensed according to the agreed commercial document after full payment. SFuse may retain rights to preliminary concepts, internal methods and non-final working files.

Website Use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, copy content without permission, or use the website in any unlawful manner.

Limitation of Liability

SFuse will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally, but is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform changes, hosting issues, account restrictions or delays caused by missing client inputs or external providers.
